Conne-ction is a chair-table system that derives its design from Velcro. The incapability of the Velcro to function as a singular entity describes how we as human beings are only proved of our existence by the connections we share with other people. Connec-tion invites its users to become a part of the furniture to acknowledge this concept. Only after enduring the process of finding the right balance between themselves, can the users complete the chair.
The product consists of straps of Velcro and a wooden table that doubles as a storage unit. A single Connec-tion can accommodate up to three people, and more people can be provided for by combining multiple products.
